Representative Fate moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 270(RLS) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. Representative Kott objected. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 270(RLS) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1?" Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Page 7, lines 2 - 18: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill section accordingly. Page 7, line 19: Delete "Sections 1 - 11 and 15 of this Act take" Insert "This Act takes" Representative Fate moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Kott objected. Representatives McGuire and Dyson moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest.
